Buy the card, not the pack. Every chase card here trades 29 or 30 times a month raw, so the price you see is the price you pay. A Booster Bundle at $187.50 is 6.9x MSRP, and that premium is paid to whoever held sealed product for three years, not to you. If you want the Charizard, $342.63 buys it; $187.50 buys six packs with no promise of it.
As a sealed hold, the easy money is already gone. The bundle went from $26.99 to a $187.50 median ask in three years. The ETB shelf is two listings deep at $600, which is a number we report and do not lean on. Whether sealed keeps climbing depends on the print run and the reprint schedule, and neither is on this page because we could not read either from a source we would cite.
The grading spread is where 151 rewards work. Charizard ex PSA 10 at $1,400.00 is 4.1x raw on 30 dated sales; a PSA 9 at $370.00 is barely over raw. Charmander's PSA 10 at $609.99 is 6.9x raw, but on 5 dated sales, so read it as a thin market, not a target.
As an investment, the honest answer is "not graded yet." SV151 opened on Sep 25 at 100.00. In four weeks it will have a since-launch figure; until then, the set-level return is a number we do not have, and no one else has it from sold data either.
