Don't pay a premium for a 2026 Flagship base rookie: the whole class sits between $1.44 and $2.87 on dated sales, so an ask materially above that is the seller's price, not the market's. Don't buy a Mendoza “Real One” autograph off the live book without reading the listing — asks start at $725 and are mostly redemptions, while the two numbered copies that actually sold went for $175 and $252. And don't treat a $2 card as a position: at these prices the question is whether you want the card, not whether it is cheap.
