📊 How grading works. A call is OPEN until there's a reliable market read. It's TRENDING when the read is ask-side (live eBay asking prices via our eBay API feed) or thin sold data — provisional, can change. It goes FINAL when graded against sold comps roughly 4 weeks post-release, and final grades never change. HIT = market inside our projected range. MISS HIGH = we projected too high. MISS LOW = too low. Projections are never edited after publication — that would defeat the page. VERDICT calls (BUY / WAIT / SELL) grade like paper trades: entry = market price at the call date, marked against the current read. RIGHT = the move agrees with the action by ≥10%; WRONG = it disagrees by ≥10%; inside ±10% stays ungraded. Entries and actions are as immutable as projections.

Because the only absolute truth in this market is what the tape prints. Pre-release projections are educated guesses about crowd behavior — some land, some don't. Publishing the misses is what makes the hits mean something. If a green candle proves buyers showed up, a graded miss proves we're reading the chart instead of marketing our own opinions.
