The Mega Greninja ex people mean — 116/086, the Special Illustration Rare from Chaos Rising — sold for a $149.99 median across its 30 most recent raw sales (Sep 26–Oct 1, 2026). A PSA 10 sold for a $402.00 median (30 dated sales, Sep 27–Oct 1); a PSA 9 for $142.00 (29 dated sales, Sep 25–Oct 1).
Four English Chaos Rising cards and one promo carry the name, and five plain Greninja ex cards from Twilight Masquerade (2024) and 30th Celebration (2026) turn up in the same searches. They sell from $1.79 to $232.50 raw. The table prices each one from dated sold comps, raw and graded, so you know which card you hold before you read a number.

The number under the art settles it. Three numbers carry the money.
A card numbered 100 or 022 out of 086, or 081 with a promo stamp, is a regular print of the same Mega. Those sell for $1.99 to $9.54 raw. The 081 promo comes in the Mega Greninja ex Premium Collection; that box's lowest live single-unit ask was $45.00 across 7 sealed listings on Oct 3, 2026 — an ask, not a sale.
Raw is the median of the most recent 30 sales PriceCharting lists (the tab stops at 30, so the window is whatever those 30 cover). Graded cells use only sales whose own listing title names the grade, PSA 10 or PSA 9, per our graded-figure rule. Fewer than 3 sales in 30 days and fewer than 2 in 90 reads "No sold read", never a guess.

Every figure in this table is one of our sold comps — a completed eBay sale as listed by PriceCharting, read Oct 3, 2026 — shown with its count and its window. Sold comps only; asks are never mixed into these cells. eBay links are affiliate links (we earn a commission at no cost to you); the buttons open a live search, and the prices you see there are asks, not sales.
The Chaos Rising Chase Index is a price-weighted basket of the set's 36 chase cards, re-marked weekly from sold comps. It is based at 100 = May 2026, the first month of sold data after the May 22, 2026 release, so the level reads as the basket's change since that month. Live marks run from Aug 24, 2026; the months before are a labelled monthly reconstruction from PriceCharting price history, not live marks.
Over half the basket is one Pokémon, so CR26 mostly moves when Mega Greninja moves. The index marks ($160.74 and $144.00, Sep 28) and this page's reads ($149.99 and $148.50, Oct 3) are both sold-basis; the index carries PriceCharting's smoothed ungraded figure at re-mark time, and this page takes the plain median of the last 30 prints. The 2024 Twilight Masquerade card sits in no index we run (checked against data/indices.json). The 30th Celebration Greninja ex 148/128 is in the TH26 index, marked $34.37 on Oct 1, when TH26 stood at 98.69 (100 = Sep 2026, release month).
The raw 116 is the liquid market, and it is falling. Thirty sales in six days (Sep 26 to Oct 1) put the middle at $149.99. The index mark for the same card was $180.30 on Sep 21 and $160.74 on Sep 28. Three reads in two weeks, each lower than the last. If you are selling, the latest prints are the ones that matter.
A PSA 9 is worth less than a raw copy. The PSA 9 median ($142.00, 29 dated sales) sits under raw ($149.99). A raw card can still come back a 10; a 9 cannot. A PSA 10 at $402.00 (30 dated sales, Sep 27–Oct 1) is 2.7x raw, which leaves room for a grading fee and shipping only if the card is clean.
The gold card is a grading bet. Raw, the 122 and the 116 trade within $2 of each other. In PSA 10 the gold card sold for a $769.94 median (Sep 5–29) against $402.00 (Sep 27–Oct 1), on thinner tape (10 dated sales over 25 days against 30 in five). Thin tape moves faster both ways.
The set has given back most of its launch price. CR26 stood at 41.68 on Sep 28 against 100 = May 2026, so the chase basket is worth about 58% less than in its release month. The reconstruction (not live marks) reads 76.57 in Jun and 56.97 in Jul; the live marks have fallen from 48.87 on Aug 24. Early-month prices on a new set are thin and high; this shape is common, and it is no promise of a floor.
What we do not know. Thirty is a cap, not a month: a busy card's raw window is a few days. PriceCharting rows are eBay completed listings, and a best-offer sale shows its list price, not the accepted offer. No pull rate, population count or reprint plan appears here because we did not read one from a source we can cite.
